A continuous geared hinge can distribute door weight along the full height of the opening when the door, frame, attachment and clearance conditions support the installation. We confirm those conditions before recommending the component.

Can a sagging commercial door be repaired with hinge work?

Often yes, when the door and frame remain serviceable. The hinge line, pivots, fasteners, clearances, threshold contact and latch alignment are checked first.

Can you replace or install a continuous geared hinge?

Yes. We can scope continuous hinge replacement or a new installation after the door, frame, weight, attachment and clearance conditions are confirmed.

Do you replace commercial thresholds?

Yes, when the threshold is damaged, unsafe or part of the door movement and sealing problem and a compatible replacement can be installed.

What if the door slams or the operator is not working?

Door slamming and closer behaviour belong to Door Closers. Push plates and automatic operator faults belong to Automatic Door Operators.
