The Problem

The existing exterior commercial door had visible wear, moisture damage near the bottom and corrosion around the frame and threshold.
From the inside, the door still needed safe exit hardware and controlled closing, so the replacement had to solve more than appearance.
The business needed a new entrance that would close, latch, seal and stand up to daily traffic.

How We Fixed It

We removed the old door and frame, cleaned and checked the masonry opening, prepared the threshold area and set the new commercial door system in place.
The new door was shimmed, aligned and reviewed for reveal spacing before the panic hardware, closer action and final sealing were completed.
