Replace the glass and keep the door when it is serviceable

We replace damaged glass in entry doors, garden doors, sidelights and patio-door panels. We keep the existing door and frame when they are straight, secure and working correctly.

A sealed unit can often be replaced inside the door panel without removing the full frame. Door movement, alignment, roller, track, lock or full-system problems belong to the matching door service.

Can you replace only the glass and keep the existing door?

Yes, when the door, panel and frame remain serviceable. We measure the glass inside the existing opening and replace the failed unit or pane.

Can glass in a patio door panel be replaced without replacing the patio door?

Often yes, when the sliding or hinged panel, frame and hardware still operate correctly and only the glass has failed.

Can you also help with a patio door that will not slide?

No. Movement, roller, track, alignment, lock or full-system problems belong to Sliding Patio Door Repair and Installation.

Can a fogged sealed unit inside a door be replaced?

Yes. We identify and measure the sealed glass unit inside the serviceable door panel, then replace the glass rather than the complete door when appropriate.

What photos help with a door-glass quote?

Send one wide photo of the complete door or sidelight, close-ups of the glass edges and frame, and the approximate visible glass dimensions.
