The Problem
- Each break left a street-facing opening that affected security and customer presentation.
- The downtown business needed immediate protection first, followed by a clean permanent glazing repair rather than a long-term plywood closure.
How We Fixed It
- We secured the affected storefront with board-up after each incident, measured the glass and returned to install replacement panels in the existing purple storefront frame.
- The same emergency-to-permanent process was completed twice.
A Second Storefront Incident
A separate breakage affected another lower storefront section, requiring another board-up before permanent glass could be installed.
The Storefront Returned to Glass Again
After the second emergency phase, we installed replacement glass and restored the affected panel within the existing storefront frame.
Final Result
After both incidents, Bahn Thai Spa returned from temporary board-up to clear storefront glass and a finished street-facing appearance.
